In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to terminate their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellations can only be done till the time the customized plan is not delivered to you. Once the plan is uploaded and we have completed our services, cancellation can’t be requested.
Cancellations made post 48 hours post placing the orders will not be entertained.
Refund Policy

If a client does not see any results at all then we have a 100% money back guarantee subject to the following terms and conditions:

100% money back guarantee is only on the customized meal plan and not any other online/offline plan.

Full money will be refunded (within 15 Days) only when the client doesn’t lose any weight at all. Changes in the weight in terms of grams will make the refund void.

The nutritionist assigned to the client is at free will to assess how nicely the client followed the plan. The nutritionist shall fulfill his roles in a bonafide manner and in case he/she feels that the client did not follow the plan at all then the refund will be void.

The client is supposed to click a picture of his weight on day 1 and on the last day of the plan as a proof for the change in weight. The same has to be mailed on thedietinghub@gmail.com on the 1st day itself
